5-2-6 Acknowledging Policies
Selecting the Acknowledge Selected Event(s) option in the Tools menu displays the Acknowledge event(s) dialog
box. This option enables you to acknowledge the selected events.

The error message displayed while acknowledging events, its cause and the action to be taken is described
below.

disconnected when you click on the Acknowledge button in the Acknowledge event(s) window.
