Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the FTP Port field in the Telnet and FTP Information area in
the Communication tab page is left blank or has an invalid value.
Action to be taken: Enter the IP Port used for FTP session to the Host in the FTP Port field in the Communication tab
page.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the FTP Address field in the Telnet and FTP Information area
in the Communication tab page is left blank or has an invalid value.
Action to be taken: Enter the Address used for FTP access to the NonStop Server in the Telnet and FTP Information
area in the Communication tab page.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when you select Other as the service to logon in the Service
Available area and do not specify the service to be used in the corresponding box in the Communication tab page.
Action to be taken: The Other field is provided in the Service Available area in case you have a different service
name for the standard OSS or TACL Logon services. The Host Installation Client only provides support for
installation using the standard services; TACL or OSS. If you enter a service, which is neither of TACL or OSS type
in the Other box, the installation will not be successful.
If you select Other as the service to logon and do not specify the service to be used in the corresponding box, it will
be considered a valid entry and a carriage return will be used for the Service name while logging to the HP
NonStop host.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the Command Prompt field in the Service Available area in
the Communication tab page is left blank or has an invalid value.
Action to be taken: Enter the Command Prompt string that is received after LOGON in the Command Prompt field
available in the Service Available area in the Communication tab page. By default the value is DEFAULT if there is
no custom command prompt on your host.
