Possible Causes: The OVNM Host Response for Modification dialog box shows the error “CRITICAL FILES ARE
STILL OPEN – MUST STOP THE APPLICATION” if you have not stopped the agents before upgrading the
node.
Action to be taken: Make sure you stop the OVNM agents using the Stop Agents options in the Start\Programs\HP
OVNM\Management Server Tools menu before performing the full software release upgrade.
