2-2-1-15 Errors When Getting Token Files
The Get Token Files option in the Tools menu gets enabled once a node is added to the Managed Host list. This
button can be used to obtain EMS token files from the selected HP NonStop Host. The files imported from the HP
NonStop Server are copied to the OVNM\OCC\EmsTokenFiles folder in the directory where OVNM has been
installed.

The error message displayed when obtaining EMS token files, its cause and the action to be taken is described in
the following table.

Possible Causes: The OVNM Host Response for Deleting Configuration dialog box shows the error code“10060
when the file resides on a removed volume, the device is downed or not open, or a server has failed.
Action to be taken: Enter the correct Host IP address in the IP Address field in the Host tab page. Try obtaining EMS
token files again.
