2-2-1-16 Errors While Synchronizing With Host
The Sync With Host option in the Tools menu can be used to synchronize Host information with the PC.
The error messages displayed when synchronizing host information, there causes and the action to be taken are
described in the following table.

Possible Causes: The OVNM Host Response for Synchronizing Host Information with PC dialog box shows the error
code“10060” when the file resides on a removed volume, the device is downed or not open, or a server has
failed.
Action to be taken: Enter the correct Host IP address in the IP Address field in the Host tab page. Try synchronizing
host information again with the PC.

Possible Causes: The OVNM Host Response for Synchronizing Host Information with PC dialog box shows this error
when there is a version mismatch between the NonStop host and the PC application.
Action to be taken: Upgrade the NonStop Host environment with the latest version of OVNM.
