3-2-3 Errors When Checking OVNM Status on NonStop Server
The Status utility in the Host Management Client can be used to view the status of the OVNM and OCC
components on the HP NonStop host.

The different error messages and warnings displayed when checking the status of agent, their causes and the
action to be taken are described in the following table.

Possible Causes: Clicking on the Status button in the OVNM Host Management Client dialog box displays the Login
to Host dialog box. The OVNM Host Response for Status of Agent dialog box shows the error “Invalid
username or password” when the user name or password provided in the Login to Host dialog box is invalid.
Action to be taken: Enter the correct user name and password in the User Name and Password field respectively in
the Login to Host dialog box.
