3-2-4 Errors When Viewing OVNM Agent Information on NonStop Server
The View Info utility in the Host Management Client is used to get information about OVNM and OCC
applications on the HP NonStop host.

The different error messages and warnings displayed when using the View Info utility, their causes and the action
to be taken are described in the following table.

Possible Causes: Clicking on the View Info button in the OVNM Host Management Client dialog box displays the
Login to Host dialog box. The OVNM Host Response for Viewing Information of Agent dialog box shows the error
“Invalid username or password” when the user name or password provided in the Login to Host dialog
box is invalid.
Action to be taken: Enter the correct user name and password in the User Name and Password field respectively in
the Login to Host dialog box.
