3-2-5 Errors When Generating OVNM Policy Report on NonStop Server
The Policy Report utility in the Host Management Client is used to generate a report, which contains information
about all the policies/threshold(s) that have been deployed at the NonStop host.

The different error messages and warnings displayed when using the Policy Report utility, their causes and the
action to be taken are described in the following table.

Possible Causes: Clicking on the Policy Report button in the OVNM Host Management Client dialog box displays
the Login to Host dialog box. The OVNM Host Response for Generating Policy Report dialog box shows the error
“Invalid username or password” when the user name or password provided in the Login to Host dialog
box is invalid.
Action to be taken: Enter the correct user name and password in the User Name and Password field respectively in
the Login to Host dialog box.
