4-2 OCC Configuration Errors
4-2-1 Failure to Load the Database
The OCC fails to load the database due to the following reasons.
Database Missing
During OCC installation, the database file is automatically copied in the folder where the OCC is installed. If
OCC is unable to access the file while starting up, the following error will be displayed.

You will have to reinstall the OVNM package to copy the mdb file back in the folder for starting OCC.
Corruption of Database
The following error message will be displayed if OCC is unable to load the database. The reason might be that
the database has been corrupted.
