Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the Manager field in the Threshold dialog box is left blank.
This field is available for the following thresholds:
• BASE24
• EXPAND
• ICE
• ICE-DLSW
• NETBATCH
• MQ-SERIES
• SNAX-XF
• SPOOLER
• SPOOLERP
• TCPIP
• TELCO
Action to be taken: Specify the manager name in the Manager field. You can either type in the manager name or
select from the list of the entries already made. The Manager field supports wildcard characters.

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when no node is selected in the Nodes area in the Threshold
dialog box.
Action to be taken: Select the nodes where you want to apply the configuration from the Nodes area in the
Threshold dialog box. You can select individual nodes using the check box in the Node Name list or use the Select
All button to select all the configured nodes.

Possible Causes: The Value 1 and Value 2 boxes in the Threshold section in the Threshold dialog box are activated
only when operators are required. This message box is displayed when the value specified in the Value 2 box is
less than that specified in the Value 1 box.
Action to be taken: Enter valid values in the Value 1 and Value 2 boxes in the Threshold dialog box. Enter the
information in the remaining fields in the Threshold dialog box and click on the Apply button to save the required
settings.
