Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the Port field available in the Object Details section for the

TCPIP subsystem is left blank.

Action to be taken: Specify the port in the Port field. This field allows * wildcard character. For a specific port,

enter PORT;IPADDR (Use a semicolon between Port and IP Address).

Possible Causes: This message box is displayed when the Process field available in the Object Details section for the

TCPIP subsystem is left blank.

Action to be taken: Specify the process name in the Process field. This field can accept any string of 8 characters

but it should start with ‘$’ followed by an alphabet. This field allows * wildcard character.
