5-11 Sharing Dashboards
When you create a user-defined dashboard, you can share that dashboard between several computers. This
option increases the accessibility of user-defined dashboards among users.
The following procedures explain how to share dashboards with other computers and how to gain access to
shared dashboards.
5-11-1 Sharing Dashboards with Other Computers
The following steps explain how to share dashboards:
1. From the Dashboards area, select the dashboard that you want to share.
2. Click on the Share button to access the Share menu.
3. Select the Export option from the Share list. The Export Dashboard dialog box is displayed. The name of
the dashboard appears in the File name text box, with the file extension .dsh.

4. Select the folder where you want to save the dashboard and click on the Save button.
