2-5-2 PROCESS Activity
PROCESS activity monitors the top processes for the last data collection interval. You can sort the top processes
using the following criteria.
Cpu Busy Lists the processes on a CPU that used the most CPU time during the last collection
interval. It also monitors the Cpu-Busy.% of all CPUs on all nodes
Memory-Busy Lists the processes on a CPU that used the most memory pages during the last collect
interval.
Msg-Sent Lists the processes on a CPU that sent the most messages to other processes during the
last collection interval.
Msg-Received Lists the processes on a CPU that received the most messages from other processes
during the last collection interval.
Receive-Qlen Lists the processes on a CPU that had the most #Receive-Qlen during the last collection
interval.
Page-Fault Lists the processes on a CPU that had the most #Page-Faults during the last collection
interval.
Accumulate Cpu-Busy Lists the current processes on a CPU that have used the most CPU time since their
creation
Up Time Lists the processes on a CPU sorted by up time.
Average Cpu-Busy Lists the existing processes on a CPU that have used the most average CPU time since
their creation.
Viewing Process Activity
Step 1: Click on the Activity menu option on the Navigator window. This displays the Activity page.
