8-6 Getting OVNPM Subsystem Status
The Command SV_STATUS provides the status of the OVNPM.
The command sv_status –d provides a detailed subsystem status. All OVNPM processes including those who are
not running are listed.

core uses port 5000 for display agent connections.
core uses port 5004 for pmTransport connections.
sn uses port 5001 for web browser connections.
The sign “@” indicates a mandatory process. If one of the mandatory processes is not started while any process
is up that means subsystem must be stopped and restarted. Troubleshooting procedure must be performed if the
problem appears again.
Notice that the last status lines may contain problems or potential problems detected by the subsystem.
