7-2 Uninstalling Data Analyzer Database
Follow the steps given below to uninstall the Data Analyzer Database components from the workstation.
Step A: Starting Up
Click on the Start\Programs\HP SST \Data Analyzer\Database\Uninstall Database menu option to start the
uninstallation process
Step B: Uninstall Data Analyzer Web Server
Selecting the Uninstall Database Server option displays the Data Analyzer Database message box with the
information that the Data Analyzer Web Server needs to be uninstalled if it is installed. Click on the OK button to
continue.

Step C: Remove All Installed Components
The Data Analyzer Database Installation confirmation box is displayed asking confirmation for removing the
application and its features.

Click on the Yes button to continue with the uninstallation procedure.
Step E: Rebooting the System
It is recommended to reboot the system for proper functioning. The Data Analyzer Database Uninstallation
message box is displayed with the information that the DVDB database will have to be removed manually from
the SQL Server database where it was installed.

Click on the OK button to continue.
NOTE: Clicking on the OK button does NOT reboot the system. It is recommended to reboot the system after
uninstalling the Data Analyzer Database.
