STATUS SESSION Command
Lost Link No Ack
indicates that the link-station (LS) has entered the reset state because of an
exhausted retry count. A SABME command has been sent to the remote LS.
Lost Link Remote Busy
indicates that the LS has entered the reset state because of an exhausted retry-
count while receiving RNR frames. A SABME command has been sent to the
remote LS. A CLOSE_LS command should be issued.
Lost Link Reject Failed
indicates that the LS has entered the reset state because of a failed reject. A
SABME command has been sent to the remote LS.
SABME Recvd
indicates that the LS has received a SABME frame. Prior to link-connect, this
notification implies connect request from the remote station. Otherwise, this
notification implies link reset. A CLOSE_LS command might be issued.
STATUS_CODE_MOD: none.
DISC Recvd
indicates that the LS has entered the disc state from a received Disc command
frame. The STATUS_MODIFIER indicates whether frames were discarded. This
command indicates an attempt to terminate the connection by the remote LS. A
CLOSE_LS command should be issued. STATUS_CODE_MOD: DATA_LOST or
NO_DATALOST.
DM Recvd
indicates that the LS has entered the disc state from a received DM response
frame. The STATUS_MODIFIER indicates whether frames were discarded. This
command indicates an attempt to terminate the connection by the remote LS. A
CLOSE_LS command should be issued. STATUS_CODE_MOD: DATA_LOST or
NO_DATALOST.
Frame Reject Recvd
indicates that an FRMR frame has been sent due to receipt of a bad frame. The LS
has entered the error state. This can be followed by DISC_RCVD Status_Change
Notification when the Remote LS closes the connection. STATUS_CODE_MOD:
none.
Frame Reject Sent
indicates that an FRMR frame has been sent due to receipt of a bad frame. The LS
has entered the error state. This can be followed by Disc_Rcvd Status_Change
Notification when the remote LS closes the connection. STATUS_CODE_MOD:
none.
