Subsystem ID (SSID)
Table 6-2 lists the PAMMAN event messages.
Subsystem ID (SSID)
To determine which subsystem generated a particular event message, you must know the
event number and the three-character abbreviation of the subsystem that generated the
event. The symbolic name of event numbers has the form subsys-EVT-event, where
subsys is a four-character abbreviation for the subsystem and event identifies the event.
The subsystem name for the PAM subsystem is ZPAM.
213 TR-NOTIF-NOT-DELIV PAM could not deliver notifications from
Token-Ring ServerNet adapter to SNAX line-
handler process.
214 TR-REQ-NOT-SENT PAM process could not send requests from
SNAX line-handler process to Token-Ring
ServerNet adapter
215 BACKUP-STARTUP-
FAILED
PAM backup process cannnot start.
216 ERROR-NOTIFICATION Additional information about errors that PAM
encountered during operation.

104 BAD-QIOPTR PAMMAN received bad MD while listening to
QIO Global Queue.
105 QIOCALL-FAIL PAMMAN detected error while performing QIO
library operation.
106 FILEOPEN_FAIL The PAM process is not responding to the
FILE_OPEN_ call.
