The PAM process switched from the primary to the backup CPU because the associated
LIF access is not available in the current primary. All requests owned by the PAM
process will be flushed with file-system error 210.

contains the subsystem ID (ZPAM-VAL-SSID).
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is the event number. Its value is ZPAM-EVT-CPU-SWITCHED (204).

marks the token that follows it in the event message buffer as a subject of the event
message.

is the name of the object reporting this event.
