This event is generated when the PAM process detects an error at process initiation time
and is unable to go on.

ZSPI-TKN-SSID
contains the subsystem ID (ZPAM-VAL-SSID).
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is the event number. Its value is ZPAM-EVT-IO-PROC-ABENDED (208).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
marks the token that follows it in the event message buffer as a subject of the event
message.
ZPAM-TKN-FNAME
is the name of the object reporting this event.
