This event is generated when a problem is encountered during communication with the
adapter during the START/STOP PORT phase.

Token Descriptions
ZSPI-TKN-SSID
contains the subsystem ID (ZPAM-VAL-SSID).
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is the event number. Its value is ZPAM-EVT-PORT-CONFIG-ERR (209).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
marks the token that follows it in the event message buffer as a subject of the event
message.
ZPAM-TKN-FNAME
is the name of the object reporting this event.
