Probable Cause
The cause of this error is described in ZPAM-TKN-NOT-SENT-CAUSE.
Recommended Action
If the cause of the error is LIF Failed, SNAX will be able to reestablish the session
when the LIF comes up; no action is necessary. If the cause of the error is Read Link
Failed, you should contact your service provider and provide all relevant information
as follows:
•
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details from the message or messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a processor dump, if applicable
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center, supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all related products
as well.
