Invalid record name — please reenter
Cause. You entered an invalid record name into either the Record Name field or the As
Copy Of field of the Record Instance Detail screen.
Issued by the Pathmaker product.
Effect. Update fails.
Recovery. Correct the record name.
Record names can have from 1 to 30 alphanumeric and hyphen (-) characters,
excluding all other special characters such as pound sign (#) and dollar sign ($). The
first character in the record name must be a letter. The record name cannot be a Screen
COBOL reserved word.
Invalid reference object name: invalid-name
Cause. You attempted to add an invalid reference object name to the requester context
of this requester.
Issued by the Pathmaker product.
Effect. Update fails.
Recovery. Correct the reference object name.
Reference object names can have from 1 to 30 alphanumeric and hyphen (-) characters,
excluding all other special characters such as pound sign (#) and dollar sign ($). The
first character of the reference name must be a letter. The reference object name cannot
be a Screen COBOL reserved word.
Invalid Repetition value — please reenter
Cause. You entered either a 0 (zero) or a nonnumeric value in the Repetition field of
the Record Instance Detail screen.
Issued by the Pathmaker product.
Effect. Update fails.
Recovery. Enter the correct value and press F2 to update the screen.
