Cause. A print request was attempted before the screen was displayed.

Effect. Print fails.
Recovery. Check custom code for early ACCEPT.

Cause. You tried an update operation without first changing the record read from the
database. File operation error.
Effect. Update operation fails.
Recovery. Make the changes, then retry the operation.
No command was specified; a command is required
Cause. No command string was supplied to HELPUTIL.
Issued by HELPUTIL.
Effect. The program terminates.
Recovery. Supply a command and retry the operation.
No compatible release of Pathmaker is installed on system-name
Cause. You attempted to open a catalog that resides on a system which does not have
D20 Pathmaker installed. D20 PMADL requires that D20 Pathmaker be installed on
the same system as the catalog being accessed, unless the catalog is opened for read-
only access using the ?CATALOG command.
Issued by PMADL.
Effect. The previously opened catalog, if any, is closed and no new catalog is opened.
Recovery. Install D20 Pathmaker on the system where the catalog resides, or copy the
catalog to a system where D20 Pathmaker is installed, or open the catalog for read-
only access using the ?CATALOG command.
