Cause. The project supplied to the PMPROJECT INSTALL command does not include
any initial requesters without parameters. A project with no such requesters cannot
run as a stand-alone application.
Issued by PMPROJECT.
Effect. PMPROJECT generated the application configuration files with no Pathway
PROGRAM definitions.
Recovery. If you want the project to run as a stand-alone application, define at least one
requester in it with the Initial Requester opetion set and with no formal parameters,
then run PMPROJECT INSTALL again.
