No SHORTHAND views allowed for DB requesters: view-name
Cause. You tried to include a SHORTHAND view in the requester context for the DB
requester or you tried to add a SHORTHAND view in the Record Instance Detail
screen for the DB requester.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Add or Update fails.
Recovery. Exclude the SHORTHAND view for the requester context or in the Record
Instance Detail screen. SHORTHAND views are not allowed for DB requesters.
No source file to contain generated server specified
Cause. You did not specify a generated source file to receive the generated COBOL
source code for the server.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Pathmaker did not generate source code for this server.
Recovery. If you want a COBOL server source file, go to the Server Definition screen
and specify a generated source file name, then regenerate.
No source or object files were generated
Cause. Pathmaker can successfully generate this requester, but you requested that
compilation be suppressed and did not specify a source file to receive the generated
program.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Requester generation was successful. No source or object files were created.
Recovery. If you want to create a source file, go to the Requester Generation Data
screen and specify a source file. Alternately, change Compile to Y and return to the
Requester Definition screen to generate the requester.
