An unrecoverable error has occurred.
Cause. The Pathmaker program encountered a fatal error during server generation.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Server generation fails.
Recovery. See the project home terminal for additional error information. Note this
error message and any additional error information, including messages from the
project's Pathway log file (default name: T9154LOG). Then contact your Tandem
representative.

Another update has occurred — please relist and update again
Cause. You attempted to update the current screen when another user in a
simultaneous session already performed the update operation.
Issued by the Pathmaker product.
Effect. Update fails.
Recovery. List the current screen, then try updating the screen again.
Arithmetic overflow; In called-program
Cause. CALL error issued by the generated application.
Effect. The called program aborts; control is returned to the calling program.
Recovery. An operation in a user hook has caused an overflow in the called program.
Repair the user code and regenerate.
