Reference object name required — please enter name

Cause. You entered a DDL definition, record name, or SQL table object name in the

Copy of column of the Requester Context screen without a corresponding alias name

in the Reference Object column.

Issued by the Pathmaker product.

Effect. Update fails.

Recovery. Enter an alias name in the Reference Object column.

Reference object not found

Cause. You attempted to delete a reference object that is not currently in the

requester's context.

Issued by the Pathmaker product.

Effect. Delete fails.

Recovery. Press F4 to list the current objects in the requester context.

Reference object not found in called requester's context

Cause. Pathmaker was attempting to match CALL parameters and could not find one

of the reference objects in the called requester's context. This is an internal error.

Issued by the Pathmaker product.

Effect. List or update fails.

Recovery. Try the action again. If the problem persists, contact your Tandem

representative.

Reference object not found in context:

missing-name

Cause. You navigated to the Reference Field Value List screen, but the reference object

named in the Requester Context screen is not in the requester context.

Issued by the Pathmaker product.

Effect. Pathmaker displays the blank Reference Field Value List screen.

Recovery. Add the reference object to this requester's context, then return to the

Reference Field Value List screen.
