CPUs configured for process are down — new-process
Cause. All CPUs configured for this process are down.
Issued by the Pathmaker product.
Effect. New process startup fails.
Recovery. Use the Process Configuration screen to modify the configuration.
Data area too small due to function key prompts
Cause. Your current function key prompt display exceeds 10 lines.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Requester generation or default screen generation fails.
Recovery. A function key prompt display of more than 10 lines forces the paging area
to become very small compared to the area used for function key information.
Use the Display Text screen to specify that one or more function key prompts will not
be displayed on the application screen.
Data entry error
Cause. Requester error issued by the generated application when a data field does not
satisfy a necessary condition.
Effect. The CALL or SEND is not executed and an error field is highlighted.
Recovery. Reenter the data in the field that is highlighted.
Data field cannot be segmented due to insufficient space
Cause. The Screen Painter could not segment the data field without crossing the
paging area boundary.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Operation canceled.
Recovery. The segments of a data field must be located entirely outside or entirely
inside the paging area. Shorten the data field or provide more room for it by
redefining the size of the paging area.
