Illegal service name for this type of requester:
service-name
Cause. You specified a SEND to a custom service from a DB requester, or you specified
a SEND to a standard service from a TRNS requester. This condition is normally
detected when you update the Function Key Assignments screen.
Issued by the Pathmaker product and by PMADL.
Effect. Requester generation fails.
Recovery. Note this error message and contact your Tandem representative.
Illegal system name; Send to
server-class
Cause. The system name specified for a SEND to an external PATHMON does not
exist.
SEND error issued by the generated application.
Effect. CALL fails.
Recovery. The system name is coded in your user code for the requester. If the user
enters the system name on the screen, you should make sure that he or she enters the
correct system name.
Illegal term I/O Protocol; In

Cause. Internal TCP error. The TCP incorrectly set up control information about how
I/O for a terminal should be performed.
CALL error issued by the generated application.
Effect. TCP stops the terminal.
Recovery. Contact Tandem support.
Illegal term type; P-Reg =

Cause. A CALL to a Requester contains an incorrect terminal type.
CALL error issued by the generated application.
Effect. CALL fails.
Recovery. Change the terminal type on the Requester Definition screen, then
regenerate Requester.
