The end user can either fill in the data field next to F4 manually or press function key
F5 to display acceptable values for the field. In this case, the list of acceptable values is
small: either NAME, JCODE, or DEPT.
For details on how to create a screen that displays lists, see “Creating Screens That
Display Lists” later in this section.
The Function Key Assignments screen has a SEND action for F4 and a USER action for
F5:
