2. Define DEPT-SCREEN DB requester.
a. Enter the basic requester information—requester name, screen title, requester
type, and reference object—as shown in Figure 10-2. Press F1 to add the
requester.
Press F8 to reach the Requester Description screen.
b. Write the requester help text.(for example “This is the screen for updating
department information”) and press F2 to update the screen. Press F16 to
return to the Requester Definition screen.
From the Requester Definition screen, press shifted F11 to reach the Display
Field List screen.
c. Review the list of fields to be displayed on the default screen.
You do not have to update this screen for this sample session; however, if you
like, you can rearrange the order of these fields to change the order in which
they are presented on the default application screen.
Press F16 to return to the Requester Definition screen. Press F12 to reach the
Function Key Assignments screen.
