d. On the Record Instance Detail screen, review the information on how
EMPLOYEE will be displayed.
All Standard Database Services are set to Y except Nonindex Reads. Autofill
equal to Y means that any Value statements associated with the EMPLOYEE
record in the DDL will be automatically displayed on the Employee
Information screen. The remaining fields equal to Y indicate that the end user
can delete, insert, read, or update EMPLOYEE records. The Nonindex Reads
field applies to NonStop SQL tables and must be N for DDL records.
Press shifted F11 to reach the Display Field List screen.
e. Review the list of EMPLOYEE fields to be displayed on the default screen.
Press F16 (twice) to return to the Requester Context screen. Position the cursor
on DEPT and press F11 to reach the Record Instance Detail screen.
