Object Name
Displays the objects beginning with the one displayed in the Name field. You cannot
enter data into this column.
To change the starting point of the current list, move the cursor to an object in this
column and press F1.
To select an object for updating or deleting, move the cursor to an object in this
column and press F10. The Pathmaker product returns you to the previous screen and
displays the object name or detailed information about the object you selected.
Type
Lists the object type of each object. Object type can be DEF (definition), REC (record),
or TAB (table). You cannot enter data into this column.
Guardian File Name
Displays the file name associated with each DDL record or NonStop SQL table.
Functions The following paragraphs summarize the functions available on the Reference Object
Value List screen, including those functions that are not displayed on the screen.
F1-Select
Selects a starting point for the Reference Object Value List. To select an item, move the
cursor to the name in the Object Name column and press F1. The object's name and
the user ID of the object's owner are displayed at the top of the screen.
F4-List
Lists objects that match and follow the object name in the Name field. If the Name field
is blank, begins the list with the first object in the system.
Type a name in the Name field or use F1 to select a starting point for the list.
F5-List Next
Shows a following set of objects.
F9-Value List
Displays the Reference Field Value List screen, which shows the full structure of the
reference object as defined in DDL or NonStop SQL.
F10-Select & Return
Selects an item on the Reference Object Value List and returns to the previous screen
where the object name is shown. To select and return for an item, move the cursor
next to the name in the Object Name column and press F10.
F14-Print Screen
Prints the Reference Object Value List screen.
