If you are using ENSCRIBE DDL and the requester uses only one reference object,
enter the definition or record name exactly as given in the DDL description of this
field. When you use the Single Reference Object field to name a single reference
object, Pathmaker automatically copies that object name into the requester’s context so
you can bypass the Requester Context screen.
If you are using NonStop SQL only and the requester uses one table, enter the table
object name for the NonStop SQL table in this field. You must register the NonStop
SQL table on the SQL Table Registration screen before you can complete this field;
thereby creating a table object name and associating a DEFINE name with the table.
If the requester uses no reference objects (as is the case for most menu requesters)
leave this field blank.
Since this field can handle only one reference object, you must go to the Requester
Context screen if:
The requester uses more than one DDL reference object or NonStop SQL table.
You want to use an alias instead of the name given in the DDL description or the
NonStop SQL table object name.
Multiple Reference Objects
The Multiple Reference Objects field is set by Pathmaker. The field displays either Y
or N:
Y The Pathmaker project catalog shows references to two or more objects in its
definition of the current requester.
N The Pathmaker project catalog shows references to just one object in its
definition of the current requester.
