To list all servers in another Pathmaker project, put the cursor in this field, type the
other project name in the Copy From Project Name field, and press F9 to access the
Server Value List screen for that project.
If both copies of the server belong to the same project, rename one of them so that they
have unique names. If you are copying a server that belongs to a different project, you
can use the same server name for both servers.
Copy From Project Name
Displays the name of the project associated with the server you transferred from the
Server Definition screen, or the current project if the Server Definition screen was
blank.
Enter the name of the project you want to copy the server from.
To list all projects in the current Pathmaker version, put the cursor in this field and
press F9 to access the Project Value List screen.
Copy To Server Name
Enter the name for the new server, consisting of 1 through 30 alphabetic, numeric, and
hyphen (-) characters. A server name begins with a letter and cannot be a COBOL or C
reserved word.
If both copies of the server belong to the same project, rename one of them so that they
have unique names. If you are copying a server that belongs to a different project, you
can use the same server name for both servers.
Copy To Project Name
Displays the name of the current project. You cannot enter data into this field.
Functions The following paragraphs summarize the functions available on the Server Copy
screen, including those functions that are not displayed on the screen.
F9-Value List
Accesses the Server Value List screen or the Project Value List screen, where you can
list servers or projects within the following parameters:
If the cursor is in the From or To Server Name field and the From Project Name field is
blank or contains the name of the current project, lists all the servers in the current
project.
If the cursor is in the From or To Server Name field and the From Project Name field
contains the name of another project in this Pathmaker version, lists the servers in that
project.
If the cursor is in the Project Name field, accesses the Project Value List screen which
lists all the projects beginning with and following the current project.
If the cursor is in the Project Name field and it is blank, accesses the Project Value List
screen which lists all the projects for this Pathmaker version on this system.
