Utility Menu Use the Utility Menu to run any one of several different processes without leaving the
Pathmaker product. In addition to certain predefined system programs, you can
define other processes for yourself.

Displaying the Screen You reach the Utility Menu by pressing SF13 from every Pathmaker screen except the
help screens and the Screen Painter partial screens.
Functions The following paragraphs summarize the functions available on the Utility Menu,
including those functions that are not displayed on the screen.
You can specify the program file name and menu prompt for each entry by using the
Process Configuration screen.
Although function keys F1 through F7 are preconfigured, you can redefine the them to
invoke other programs.
F1-EDIT
You can use the editor to write source programs, to copy libraries or documents, and
to store them on the computer. You can access either EDIT or TEDIT from the Utility
Menu, depending on how you configure the EDIT process in the Process
Configuration screen.
