HELPUTIL Utility Use the HELPUTIL utility when you want to either modify the help text for a
generated application or translate help text that the Pathmaker product supplies into a
different language. HELPUTIL allows you to extract the help text so you edit it, and
then reload the help text into the help database. Follow these steps to use HELPUTIL:
1. Back up the help database files, using the File Utility Program (FUP).
2. Extract the help text with HELPUTIL.
3. Edit the help text with one of the Tandem editors.
4. Update the help database files with HELPUTIL.
HELPUTIL resides on the subvolume on which the current version of the Pathmaker
product is installed.
