Field Descriptions The following paragraphs describe the fields on the Project Value List screen.
Project Name
Displays the name of the project from the previous screen.
If you leave this field blank and press F4, the Pathmaker product begins the list with
the first project (in ASCII order) on the system with the same Pathmaker version. If
you enter a project name or the leading characters of a project name in this field, the
list starts from that name.
Created By
Displays the user ID of the person who created the project in the Project Name field.
You cannot enter data into this field.
Project Name
Displays a list of all projects. You cannot enter data into this column.
To change the starting point of the current list, move the cursor to a project in this
column and press F1.
To select a project for updating or deleting, move the cursor to a project in this column
and press F10. The Pathmaker product returns you to the previous screen and
displays the project name or detailed information about the project you selected.
Project Description
Displays the first 40 characters of each project description. You cannot enter data into
this column.
Functions The following paragraphs summarize the functions available on the Project Value List
screen, including those functions that are not displayed on the screen.
F1-Select
Selects a starting point for the Project Value List. To select an item, move the cursor to
the name in the Project Name column and press F1. The project's name and the user
ID of the project's owner are then displayed in the fields at the top of the screen.
F4-List
Lists projects that match and follow the project name in the Project Name field. If the
Project Name field is blank, the Pathmaker product begins the list with the first project
on the system with the same version of the Pathmaker product.
Type a name in the Project Name field or use F1 to select a starting point for the list.
