Description
Equivalent to the SCREEN COBOL relation condition ws-item-1 IS [NOT]
GREATER [THAN] noninteger-numeric-literal, where ws-item-1 is a
PIC 9 identifier.

Returns TRUE if the value of this object is [not] greater than data, or FALSE
otherwise.
