PXMCFG Statements and PXMCHK
Utility
This section describes the Compaq NonStopPathway/XM configuration utility
(PXMCFG) statements that define the Pathway/XM environment and Pathway/XM
object configurations. It also gives the syntax of the TACL RUN command to start the
PXMCFG process. For more information about using the PXMCFG utility, refer to
Using the PXMCFG Utility on page 4-4.
The configuration, generated by the PXMCFG utility from the configuration statements
and written into the SuperCTL configuration file, is used by the PXMCOM commands
to monitor and manage the Pathway/XM environment. The statements in this section are
described in alphabetical order.
With these statements you can do the following:
Set and modify Pathway/XM environment attributes
Set and modify object attributes
Add object definitions to the configuration
Table 10-1
lists the statements and valid object types on which they can execute.
Note. This manual documents only TCP processes for which the code is in the program file
$SYSTEM.SYSTEM.PATHTCP2. All references to TCP denote this file name.
