Starting PXMCFG
The overall summary includes the following fields:
The detailed summary provides information about the objects configured on each
physical node, in accordance with the hierarchical structure of the Pathway/XM
environment. The detailed summary includes the following information:
For each client NODE object, the following information is included:

The name of the NODE object
°
The CPU resource assignments for the NODE object
°
For each PATHMON process for the NODE object, the following information is
included:
The PATHMON process name. For the well-known named PATHMON process,
this is the name assigned in the configuration; for all other PATHMON
processes, this is an internally assigned name.
Total Systems The total number of physical (Expand) nodes on which resources
are defined in the configuration.
Total NODE
Objects
The total number of NODE objects defined in the configuration.
Total PATHMON
Objects
The total number of PATHMON processes that will be included
in this Pathway/XM environment. PXMCFG determines this
number by calculating how many PATHMON processes are
needed to support the configuration.
Total Server
Classes
The total number of server classes (SERVER objects) in the
configuration, including user-defined and imported.
Total TCP
Templates
The total number of TCP templates defined in the configuration.
Total TCP
Objects
The total number of TCP processes that will be included in this
Pathway/XM environment. PXMCFG determines this number by
calculating how many TCPs are needed to support the
configuration.
Total PROGRAM
Objects
The total number of PROGRAM objects defined in the
configuration.
Total ROUTER
Objects
The total number of ROUTER objects defined in the
configuration.
Total TERM
Objects
The total number of terminals (TERM objects) defined in the
configuration.
Total PLAN
Objects
The total number of migration plans (PLAN objects) created by
the INVENTORY statement.
