SET PATHWAY
MAXTELLS number
specifies the maximum number of tell messages that can exist concurrently per
PATHMON process within a Pathway/XM environment.
number must be a value from 0 through 4095. If you omit this attribute, the default
is 32.
If your environment does not support Pathway/iTS, it is recommended you specify 0
for the value.
MAXTMFRESTARTS number
specifies, per PATHMON process, the maximum number of times a TCP attempts to
restart a logical TMF transaction after the transaction aborts and before the SEND
error occurs. If this limit is reached and the SCREEN COBOL BEGIN-
TRANSACTION verb does not have an ON ERROR clause, the terminal is
suspended, but can be restarted.

If your environment does not support Pathway/iTS, it is recommended you specify 0
for the value.
OWNER ownerid
specifies the user ID allowed to issue PXMCOM commands that directly alter the
state of the Pathway/XM objects. The user ID must be known to the system in which
PXMCOM is running. Use this attribute in conjunction with the SECURITY
attribute.
The value of ownerid is one of the following:
[ \system-number. ] group-number, user-number
[ \physical-node-name. ] group-name.user-name
If you omit system-number or physical-node, the name is resolved with the
SYSTEM value set for the associated NODE object. If no value is specified for the
NODE object SYSTEM attribute, the physical node name defaults to the physical
system on which the PXMCFG utility ran during the configuration process.
The
group-name and user-name values default to the user ID of the user who
started PXMCFG.
