Example
The following command, in effect, removes CPU 5 from use by the NODE named
SALES by changing the relative percentage of processes that can be executed in that
CPU to zero, and changes the distribution of processes in CPUs 6 and 10:
CONTROL NODE SALES, CPUS (5:0, 6:75, 10:25)
