STATUS LINKMON
STATUS LINKMON
This command displays information about LINKMON processes that have links to
server processes or to LCS processes.
L\node.$process-name
specifies the name of the LINKMON process.
*
displays the status information for all LINKMON processes currently in the
Pathway/XM environment.
Consideration
You can direct the output of this command to a file by using the OUT command before
executing the STATUS command.
Display Fields
The fields in the display returned by this command are as follows:
Note. This command is included in this version of Pathway/XM only for purposes of
compatibility with older versions of NonStop
TM
TS/MP.
STATUS LINKMON { L\node.$process-name | * }
L
Identifies the process as a LINKMON process.
\node
Specifies the name of the Expand node on which the
LINKMON process is running.
$process-name
Specifies the name of the LINKMON process. LINKMON
process names are in the form $ZLnn, where nn is the number
of the CPU where the LINKMON process resides.
Display Field Description
CPU CPU number in which the LINKMON process is currently running
ERROR NonStop™ TS/MP or Compaq NonStop™ Pathway/iTS error number
INFO Additional information regarding the error number.
LINKMON Full name of the LINKMON process, including the physical node name
PROCESS Process name of the LINKMON process
STATE Current state of the LINKMON process. The only possible value is
RUNNING—the LINKMON process is running and communicating with
the PATHMON process
