Cause. The physical node specified cannot be found.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Specify the name of an existing physical node.

Cause. The value specified for the WEIGHT attribute for a TERM object exceeds the
value specified for the MAXWEIGHTS attribute for the TCP associated with the TERM
object.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Either decrease the value for the TERM object WEIGHT attribute or
increase the value for the TCP object template MAXWEIGHTS attribute.

Cause. The value specified for the LINKDEPTH attribute for a SERVER object
exceeds the value specified for the MAXLINKS attribute.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Either decrease the value for the LINKDEPTH attribute or increase the
value for the MAXLINKS attribute.

Cause. The command to start the PXMCFG process does not include a file name for
the SuperCTL configuration file.
Effect. The RUN PXMCFG command fails.
Recovery. Reissue the RUN PXMCFG command with an appropriate file name.
