Cause. The object name specified does not exist.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Either enter the correct object name or make sure the specified object is
defined and added earlier in the PXMCFG source file.

Cause. The NODE object specified for a TCP is defined as a server node.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. TCPs must be configured for client nodes. Either change the ROLE attribute
for the NODE object or specify a different NODE object.

Cause. The NODE object specified for a server class is defined as a client node.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Server classes must be configured for server nodes. Either change the ROLE
attribute for the NODE object or specify a different NODE object.

Cause. The NODE object specified cannot be found.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Either specify a NODE object that has already been defined and added, or
define and add a new NODE object with the desired name.
