Cause. The value specified for the NUMSTATIC attribute for a SERVER object
exceeds the value specified for the MAXSERVERS attribute.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Either decrease the value for the NUMSTATIC attribute or increase the
value for the MAXSERVERS attribute.

Cause. The SET PATHMON NODES statement does not include a NODE object for a
physical system on which a client NODE object is configured.
Effect. The PXMCFG process cannot complete the distribution of PATHMON
processes. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Make sure that the SET PATHMON NODES statement specifies one (and
only one) NODE object for each physical system that is included in your SET TCP
NODE statements. In other words, for each physical node on which TCP objects are
configured, there must be one corresponding NODE object (configured for that same
physical node) assigned for the PATHMON process that manages those TCP objects.
