Cause. The value specified for a server class TYPE attribute conflicts with one or more
attribute values defined for the server class.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Change the conflicting attribute value.

Cause. An input string exceeds the maximum length allowed.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Specify an input string with a valid length.

Cause. The specified TCP template cannot be found.
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Either specify a TCP template that has already been defined and added or
define and add a new TCP template with the desired name.

Cause. A process name contained more than five characters including the dollar
sign ($).
Effect. No SuperCTL file is created.
Recovery. Specify a process name with a valid length.
