Cause. The total number of SET SERVER ASSIGN statements exceeds 4094.
Effect. The PXMCFG process does not generate a SuperCTL file.
Recovery. Either reduce the number of SET SERVER ASSIGN statements or divide
the Pathway/XM environment into two Pathway/XM environments.
