Cause. ThePXMCFG process received an error while trying to close the processing on
the newly created SuperCTL file.
Effect. The PXMCFG process may or may not generate a valid SuperCTL file.
Recovery. Use the error information to determine the problem, then correct the problem
and retry building the SuperCTL file.

Cause. The same GROUP attribute name was specified for both a terminal class and a
server class of objects.
Effect. The PXMCFG process does not generate a SuperCTL file.
Recovery. Specify a unique name for each group of objects.
*6859* SUPERCTL CLOSE FAILED, ERROR=error-number
*6860* SAME GROUP NAME (name) USED FOR BOTH TERM AND SERVER
